Fire Good

Had our first fire of the new fall season last night. Our first frost of the new fall season as well.

Coincidence? I think not.

The house was good and warm this morning; although, the bedrooms still had a bit of a chill. I’ll probably have to speak to the brother-in-law about duct work. I did get up around 1 to put a final load of wood in. There’s still a nice bed of coals smouldering as I post this.

All we need now is a little snow…
